    Service it's really bad plus the wings are some of the worst i have ever try And it's not the first time I come here it's the second one First time was bad but this time was worst

    Con todo el respeto es un servicio horrible las últimas 4 veces que he ordenado por la application nunca me dan la orden incompleta y me han dado cosas que no he pedido me faltan siempre dos o tres cosas aparte que mandan orden equivocadas es casi siempre por la aplicación que no o en los aderezos y los productos que no hemos pedido vivimos afuera de la ciudad y tenemos que regresar o quedarnos con lo que ellos mandan por no regresar a 7 millas de el lugar . Muy poco recomendable!!!

    I had made an online order on the Wingstop website at 6:39 pm with the order being ready for pick up in 16 min -20 min. I got to the store and asked if my order was ready. I was then told to wait for 7 minutes by Crystal, so I then sat and waited. I kept seeing multiple people who were dine-in and carry out orders receive their orders first than I. I then checked again to see if my order was ready after those 7 minutes. I was told no and waited for an additional 20 minutes before asking again. It wasn’t until 7:36 pm that my order that I ordered nearly 1 hr prior (at 6:39 pm) was sitting in the to go cart area in the very bottom all this time. I then asked Crystal if I can get my wings reheated since they had been sitting for an hour and she said no. I then questioned her as to why she never called my name and she said she did, when in reality she did not. I then asked to speak to a manager to see if something can be done (reheating my wings since they were now cold) she then said there was no manager available or a lead person working. I then said okay fine and left the store. Come to find out when I get home and take out my food from the bags, I DID NOT get my correct order. I received 20 hot lemon wings instead of 10 hot lemon & 10 Cajun and my side of carrots WAS NOT even in the bag. It was missing! I then called back the store and Crystal answered again. I told her the situation about food missing and my order being wrong and she told me that I can come back the next day. Why would I do that, when I ordered my food for today. I then asked yet again for management and was told again nobody was available. I asked for a corporate number and she said there wasn’t one. I then asked when the manager would be available to speak to him and again she does not know. Miguel Rios is the manager for this location please ensure your employees are paying attention. I know it’s busy, but when I pay so much money for food I expect it to be hot and ready. I will be speaking to the manager and making a formal complaint to corporate about this situation.
