- KOkimberly ortegaSep 30, 20251.0Charged a tip without asking me , customer service is terrible workers are rude. cashier told me total was 15.87 when I saw my receipt later in the car I saw my total was actually 19.04 so they charged me a 3.17 tip without telling me.

Forget it, the employees say their manager says they’re not allowed to do ANYTHING EXTRA FOR EXTRA CHARGE, that’s a whole load of bologna, I asked for extra steak for extra charge, and apparently their MANAGER tells them they’re not allowed to do it at all, when I go to the one near the highway and they ARE able to add extra steak for and extra 75cent charge, honestly what kind of location would Denys the additional profit, I don’t understand, it’s honestly annoying because it’s obvious the employees take it to heart and end up giving only 4 small pieces of steak for a whole dorito nacho meal, this store is sad, this manager needs to be replaced or simply the 2 employees that stay until 11pm this Friday, I don’t recommend at all, it ridiculous
