- KCKarina CapistranJan 15, 20263.0Curbside Service… Lately the produce quality for the customers who use curbside service, has been poor; many items are bruised or expired. Training staff on proper way to pick the best produce is needed. I know most would think… well if you don’t like how they offer the service, just go do it yourself. And yes maybe I would’ve agree. However, many people use curbside not because they’re lazy but because they have someone at home sick and they can’t afford to spend that time shopping. Or they have babies with immature immune systems at home that can’t be taken out into public… etc. This people and all of us who sometimes choose curbside, we expect great quality just as if we were the ones choosing our produce. It’s disappointing to get home and realize I’m getting the worst items they could find. If you intend to continue offering this service, improve its quality. Or discontinue the service.
