  I strongly advise people to avoid this location. I ordered wings for pickup, and shortly after eating them, both my husband and I became extremely sick. We experienced diarrhea, nausea, dizziness, and overwhelming fatigue almost immediately. This was the only food we had eaten, so there is no question where it came from. The food itself was alarming. The fries tasted like fish, the chicken was poorly cooked, and everything suggested cross contamination and a complete lack of sanitation. No restaurant should ever serve food that puts customers health at risk.What makes this even worse is the clear lack of care from the staff and management. There was no attention to food safety, no quality control, and no sense of responsibility. When a restaurant operates this carelessly, it shows a serious failure in leadership and training. Because this meal made us sick, I am requesting a refund through corporate. Until this location fixes its sanitation, cooking practices, and management oversight, customers should think twice before eating here.

  I placed an online order for 10 boneless lemon pepper 10 boneless garlic Parm and 10 boneless original hot when I received my order the 10 lemon pepper looked like it just came out of the fryer. There was absolutely no seasoning on it whatsoever when I went up to ask the gentlemen about it he told me that that’s what it’s supposed to look like and I told him absolutely not because online they have a picture of it looking like it has seasoning so I asked to speak with this manager, and she was extremely rude. Her name was Melissa the absolutely most miserable person in the world had to try to help me out with something so never again will I be ordering from there if she is going to be the one in control of anything. Melissa is the absolute worst thing that could’ve happened to that location given that it is on the west side and they have to see their Fair stuff of pretty rough things that woman Melissa invites it because she does not know how to run anything. Please stay away from that restaurant. not to mention my online order, should’ve been done within the 18 minutes and we ended up having to wait about 45 when people ordered and went in there with bigger orders and got their stuff before we did. It’s just a terrible location a terrible management system and they are just absolutely the worst

  Food is always fresh. Love the salads. Wings on point. I love the ribs as well. Staff is great 😊
