They were busy but a simple smile and “I’ll be right with you” would be great customer service. I hate to leave this review as much as I love HEB but customer service should be #1.

The dino bones, the Brisket and the Ribs are to die for. are really good. The staff are amazing, especially Nick, he truly knows how to treat his customers right. I look forward to coming yet again and becoming a loyal customer.

Service was good too-Nick was helpful and made sure everything went smoothly without being extra about it. Everything was handled pretty efficiently, which I appreciated. No complaints honestly. I'd come back again.

I've never had True Texas BBQ but have heard great things about it from friends. The workers were very helpful and one of the workers, I think his name was Nick, recommended me a delicious sandwich. Would come again just for that sandwich and the amazing service he provided.

I wasn’t too sure what to order and the guy who was ringing up my order was super helpful, I believe his name was Nick, super kind guy.
