The food is delicious, and the smoothie options are fantastic, and you can add supplements and different proteins to them like at Emerald City Smoothie in the Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia metropolitan area in Washington that used to (maybe still does) operate in the LA Fitness gyms there. Totally recommend this place.

I was on a time crunch and placed the order while driving thinking it was the closest location to me. When I arrived at tropical they told me I ordered to another location. I called the location I accidentally ordered to (this one) which was also 30+ minutes from me and asked that my order be cancelled since I wouldn’t make it. They told me they can cancel my order but that I won’t get a refund??? How does that make sense. They said my order was already made, but I know for a fact they didn’t just throw it away. One of their employees most likely had it for themselves, yet I can’t get a refund?? So I just paid for one of your employees to drink a smoothie? They also insisted I knowingly placed the order which, false. As I said, genuine mistake. But thanks for letting me know y’all are broke and inconsiderate!! You do probably need it more than I did, clearly.
