  Treats doordashers like trash. Can’t even say the customers name on my phone without them catching attitude claiming they didn’t hear me when I didn’t even say anything yet bc I’m looking at my phone. Then one of the employees yanked my phone out my hand and dropped it and cracked the whole back side of my phone. So unprofessional of there and they need to be trained. Also tip on your smoothies as someone who worked at smoothie king, if your smoothies are chunky and you have to slam the blender on the counter multiple times, the smoothie was not made right. Yall have rude personalities and can’t even make a smoothie. Sad store.

  I’ve always liked tropical smoothie drinks and food. However, I noticed that the cashier is the one also making the drinks. There’s no handwashing or even sanitizing hands before making the drinks. I realize she’s not actually touching the product that’s going into the blender, but she should still be washing her hands and cleaning her hands. Last year I had come in to order a sandwich and the cashier took my cash, Although wearing gloves, proceeded to make my sandwich with the gloves she just touched and handling cash. I asked her to remake my sandwich with clean gloves. I feel like people don’t realize what they touch and feel like it’s OK to not sanitize their hands if they’re not directly touching the food that they’re preparing. This is just my observation. Other than that, everything was fine.
