  The food is overpriced & the cleanliness and hospitality is severely lacking. The restrooms are so disgusting! None of the stalls in the women’s restroom had toilet paper and one toilet was spattered with dried feces. When I reported it to the manager and asked her for the number to the corporate office, she walked away & did not return, and while I was waiting for her another employee said “it’s the night shift’s responsibility to clean the restrooms!” in a snarky manner. I have worked in food service and we ALWAYS kept restrooms clean. And if there was ever a customer complaint, it was handled IMMEDIATELY AND COURTEOUSLY! I hope this store can do a better job with customer service and cleanliness.

  They were out of chicken. The nice lady said 15 minutes. I waited the manager fulfilled all orders except mine. After telling me one more minute which was going to be another 10 to 15. He was busy tossing stuff and yelling at the employees. Obviously he needs help managing. How do you not have food ready and it's dinner time. Especially chicken KFC. He then proceeded to remind me I'm just a delivery driver and to just move on. I may just be a delivery driver but I am also a customer and I am representing a customer for the business. We all deserve respect.
