    So I ordered my meal from the kiosk. I ordered a steak quesadilla two crunchy tacos. They gave me a chicken quesadilla extra chicken, a bean burrito a beef crunchy taco and a beef taco and I just ordered this at nine something p.m. tonight. I called up there the first time the phone rang and hung up so I called a second and third time they just took the phone off the hook for a dialtone, this is the worst location to ever order food from. I went there come back again and order no food wasting my money on getting an order that I can’t eat or then order. I was calling cause I made it home and I was trying to see if they can replace my order with the right order, but they’re dodging my calls. They need to hire people that can read and follow very instructions. People pay good money for what they want and I think the customers deserve to get their food right when they’re paying for it. I work in a restaurant customer service and I promise you all my customers get what they want and they’ll be happy and if it’s a messed up is corrected in a conduct in orderly matter.

    I’ve been a Taco Bell fan for most of my life, so after a recent disappointing experience at a different location, I was honestly hesitant to come back. It had nothing to do with this store—I almost didn’t order at all. I went inside instead of the drive-thru, and when the first employee came up to help me, I briefly explained the situation and half-jokingly asked if they could “heal my broken heart.” Instead of brushing it off, he immediately wanted to understand what happened and kept asking me to tell him everything. I even told him it wasn’t his issue to fix, but he insisted and said, “That’s not who we are. That’s not what we represent.” That stuck with me. I later found out his name is Joe, and that he’s a manager (or part of management). I didn’t even realize that at first—I just thought he was a team member going above and beyond. That alone says a lot. When I got my food, it was exactly what I had been hoping for—fresh, well-prepared, and made with care. He probably didn’t notice, but my eyes started to water in that moment—yes, Taco Bell really does mean that much to me. I went home feeling genuinely emotional and grateful that I had crossed paths with someone who truly cares. I really hope the right people see this because Joe represents the kind of customer care that keeps people coming back. I’ll definitely be returning to this location—and honestly, after this experience, I think I’m emotionally bonded to this Taco Bell now. The level of care here kind of sealed the deal.

    I was waiting in line for an online order for a friend that was already paid for, and I wanted to add on one large Pepsi paid separate and my cashier Lidia ended up charging me for someone else's meal and the drink when I called back thankfully Angelo was able to help me out but when I got there for a refund I could hear them in the back very rudely talking about me and how she sweared she gave me the order. I only got the online order and the drink not the extra stuff I was charged for. I would recommend any other taco bell then this one

    Drive thru attendant seemed annoyed and in a rush. I did not get my full order. They left out 2 orders of nachos fries which I paid for. Food was cold and soggy. Just gross. This location is a no go. 👎🏼
