  This is the 3rd time now in just a month that I don’t get sauce as requested for my food that I pay for. It’s like they just don’t care if you do give them to you. I’m done and will try from another Taco Bell in the area.

  Absolute trash. This is why on rarely come to this place. Ask for beef fajita and end up with this ground meat. Like a teaspoonful of meat waste of money.

  Zach is extraordinary! You all should promote him and give him a nice raise. He is so good at customer service, so relatable, and so helpful. Hard to find people like this in the world and very thankful for Zach!

  This was my third time trying this location, I gave them chance after chance but this was the final visit for me. To start, they were out of the requested drink Baha Blast Zero, so I switched to a Diet Pepsi, no big deal. Only to receive my order through the drive through and taste the drink, it was nasty tasted like pure syrup no carbonation. I go inside to grab a fresh drink and the Diet Dr. Pepper also tasted like crap! I threw it away as soon as I got home. Moving on to the food, everything was grossly cold. And I’ve been eating Taco Bell for decades, in store, drive through, at home, doesn’t matter. The meat was not at a proper temperature at all. For the first time in my life I had to microwave a crispy taco, to get the meat temperature up. Looking back, I should’ve just thrown it away because it actually made me sick later that night. Not only was the taco meat extremely cold, the portions were dismal compared to all my other previous experiences. You would’ve thought I requested easy meat, easy lettuce, easy cheese but no, that’s just how it came to me. It was beyond sad looking, I remember laughing when I opened it and realized what they gave me. Moving on to the Mexican Pizza it was the sloppiest I have ever seen. Again, eating these for decades. I understand things shift in transport or people can be in a hurry but man this was bad. Looked like a 3 year old put it together. From the gross drinks, to the cold meat, to the careless presentation. Go elsewhere. Management this falls on you.
