  I order on the app, expected my food to be ready by the time I got here. I got told to pull around to the front and they’d walk it right out. Saw other cars get told the same thing that were behind me and waited 20 minutes just to see them get their food before me. Like what is that? If I could give this location a damn 0 I would. Do better. In total took them 30 minutes to bring my food which they didn’t even bring me everything. How you gonna tell the customer sorry there was no tag? Like it’s your job to know what we ordered.

  The drive thru lady Josie F is rude customer service and she lied about not having mild sauce or baja blast like how do yall run out of that stuff its the main shit sold and i told her shes rude and she came off even more rude she definitely needs a talk by her high management so nobody gets their night ruined. I dont know what shes going through but its not hard to fake it😂
