  I tried the crunchy spicy chicken wrapped slider. I was having trouble using their app and the manager there or supervisor I’m assuming approached me inside to help. All the employees were very nice and professional. And I got it free using their first time promotional code.. I encourage you to download the app

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I spent close to $50 on a drive-thru order and clearly requested nacho tacos with no tomatoes and no lettuce. I repeated it twice, and it was still made incorrectly. When I tried to call the store to fix the issue, things got worse. The first time I was hung up on, the second time I was accused of prank calling and threatened with the police, and the third time they answered pretending it was a different restaurant. I later spoke with a manager, and instead of helping, she refused to replace the incorrect order and implied I was trying to get my whole meal replaced. She also said that even if I contacted corporate, it wouldn’t matter because it was just one complaint. This was extremely unprofessional and honestly shocking. I was calm the entire time and just wanted my order corrected. For the amount of money spent, especially with how expensive everything is right now, this felt like a complete waste and a very disrespectful experience. I hope this location takes customer service more seriously moving forward.

  The kiosk purchase is pretty easy. I would rather see the menu all on 1 board but I'm pretty old, too. I'm looking forward to the meal and expect it to be as tasty as usual. Unfortunately, we don't eat TB often but the ads are very enticing!

  Pedí por un Taco de fajita y me dieron taco de casero I asked for a fajita taco and they gave me a casero even tho I had asked for fajita

  Had a gift card. They did not know how to use it. They said I have to do it online. Then the girl was going to talk to us. And someone came selling something and she talked to her leaving us waiting. She started to talk to the girl and left us standing there. We did not know how to use the card..but we left somewhere else. Not good at all. Went to another place. They did not know how to use the card..we had already registered it online But could not use it. They did not know how to use it.
