  The employees places our order on the counter behind the pickup counter rather than on it. Then they proceeded to ignore us for 15 minutes while we waited at the counter while our food got cold. Yes they saw us. Yes we said hello. They continues to place more orders next to ours and ignore us. They then announced the name of an order that was ready as soon as it was ready and walked it to their table 🫠

  I’m not quite sure how this location hasn’t had its franchise agreement ripped to shreds. The food was disgusting, and the order was wrong. The staff was rude and incompetent. Incompetent, I can live with, it’s Taco Bell, but not that AND rude. Oh and by the way, not even remotely a bargain anymore. Thankfully we have more than enough options DIRECTLY near this location. You’re better off going to a gas station.

  Holy shit, there’s like 2 other cars in the drive through why is it taking more than 20 minutes for the food to come out

  Do managers even read these?? Are the comments useless? Because this location must have the slowest drive thru in existence. I waited 10 minutes for one burrito. This is POOR management.
