  I regularly go here. Staff is always kind. If you have any issues, management always makes it right. The team is very fast as well. Whether there’s 1 care or 8, they will get that line moving. The only issue I’ve had a couple times is that if it’s slow, the chalupa shells will possibly be tough/stale. Really unfortunate because I love the chalupa but it’s kind of hit or miss at times. That being said, there’s plenty of great items on the menu, so there are alternatives. Order accuracy is always on point, no need to worry.

  Day before payday when you're counting change but still dont wanna cook for yourself. Taco Bell hit the spot! Just what my husband and I were looking for as a late night snack. XD

  Very bad experience. I came to pick up my order and ended up wasting almost 30 minutes of my time. Five different employees asked me the same question about my order, but no one actually checked what was going on. In the end, they told me someone had taken my order, but they refused to remake it. The worst part is that nobody bothered to tell me earlier. Instead, they kept me waiting the whole time without any real help. Extremely unprofessional service and a complete waste of time.
