  12 minutes to get three items at the counter. Nobody else is here and the drive up lane has 1-2 cars. They are not busy. They are just not motivated. The DMV has more enthusiasm. The food is on par with the service. Tastes like unchewed diarrhea in a stale taco shell with fresh-thawed lettuce. Employees are out vaping when the should be cleaning. Got no receipt from the filthy kiosk.

  I am writing to express my complete outrage at the treatment I received at your branch. I placed an online order expecting a quick pickup, but the experience was humiliating. I was ignored by the staff for an excessive amount of time, feeling invisible as employees walked past me without even acknowledging my presence. It's clear that their absolute priority is the drive-thru service, leaving those of us who have already paid online at the bottom of their priority list. Warning to other customers: Do not use the pickup service at this location. The mistreatment and disrespect for customers' time are constant. They don't prioritize the order of arrival or efficiency; they simply ignore those of us standing there waiting. I demand an explanation and an immediate improvement in your customer service protocols, as a fast-food business should not allow its customers to feel so disregarded.
