  I had a disappointing experience at this location. I waited around 30 minutes for my order and the service felt very slow and unorganized. I also felt that I was not treated fairly compared to others. Overall, the experience was frustrating and I hope management improves customer service and wait times.

  I came up here at 11 and placed an order through the app. I even gestured to the app when I arrived. Employees still ignored me. I called the store and received horrible customer service and was told i was speaking to a manager. If the lobby is going to be locked early, something should be noted on here. Its a waste of people time.

  Drive thru.. i ordered the number 2 but soft which means- 3 soft taco supremes & i also ordered a burrito supreme. I expected everything to have sour cream since they were all supremes. Only the burrito had sour cream on it. :( the order wasn't that difficult the only change was instead if crunchy I wanted soft... my other complaint would be- where's the beef?? limpy lettuce is Not a good filler especially cheap non-nutritional iceberg lettuce. :( for that much $ I expected more... Maybe next time it will be better... :) we will see... people were nice so that's why service was so high... order was wrong so food score was low...

  Extremely bad service. I waited 45 minutes to get my order and there was only one person who came into the store that entire time so they weren’t that busy. They just kept ignoring me and kept sending food out to the drive through. I waited at the front counter watching them for 30 minutes and all these workers were just walking around not doing anything completely ignoring me. The only person who acknowledged me was the only guy trying to make all the food and kept saying sorry ma’am and his name was Iason. I asked for Manager and she was rude as hell and said they did a shift change and forgot my order, when I told her I had been trying to get help for past 30 minutes and being ignored she said she didn’t see me. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and walked away. Again still no priority was taken on my food. This poor guy was the only one trying his best to get me my order. He looked stressed and probably because of very bad management. I hope corporate looks into that manager because they are giving Taco Bell a really bad image and I will never go to this location again.

  Got our food but had to wait an extra five minutes while actively trying to get someone's attention just for our drinks and the one person who came over seemed annoyed. Could hear workers questioning where everyone was to get things done, just not good service overall. Was going to be dine-in but quickly turned into take-out.
