Ughhhh! I should've checked the bag before leaving the drive thru because this is the 2nd time we were not given FIRE SAUCE. Almost ruins the whole meal bc I look forward to the sauce with my tacos and Mexican pizza. 😭😭😭😭😭

Garbage. 7 dollars for 2 bean burritos that weren't made properly twice. They were also empty of ingredients. Why short us?

I got the seven dollar box. Food was a little dry. The five-layer burrito is wrapped in a tortilla that is too big. Lots of dry tortilla to chew and swallow. Mango tea was tasty!

Like MOST fast food restaurants today , the atmosphere is 😐, every now and then you'll have an employee who cares about the customers satisfaction . I remember when people actually worked for their money with a smile or at least a pretend smile . Today most employees are staring at their phones while a customer waits fifteen minutes for a drink that has already been made but waiting to be served when all three employees are done serving one customer at the window . Or done texting whoever . Or when they get tired of doing nothing .

A few minutes ago, around 9:00 p.m., I was at Taco Bell, and I mentioned that I was sad because I had just gotten back from my Uncle Willie’s services. One of the employees was so kind. She gave me a passing hug, then stopped and asked me, β€œWait a minute, do you need a real hug?” πŸ˜πŸ’” That meant more to me than she will probably ever know. When someone takes a moment to really care, to really see you, especially when your heart is hurting, it stays with you. Her kindness was so genuine, so simple, and so powerful. In a world that can feel so rushed and cold, that kind of compassion stands out in the most beautiful way. To the sweet woman who hugged me tonight, thank you. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your warmth. Thank you for reminding me that there are still beautiful souls in this world who care enough to stop and show love. You made a difference for me tonight. A real difference. I hope you know how much that moment meant. May the kindness you gave come back to you tenfold. πŸ’•πŸ™ Rest in peace, Uncle Willie. 🀍
