  5/4/2026 12:20 am 4 workers all gathered outside side door smoking and one scratching his lower belly under shirt. Looked sketchy and like he don’t wash his hands. Did not order. Didn’t look like they’d even take my order right

  This taco bell is AMAZING. Yesterday I had a long day of nonstop work and I showed up to be greeted by an amazing young lady named Tayler and the other lady helping her (didn't catch her name). She greeted me with a smile, was patient, and treated me with human decency. I know she used to work at the Burger King next door, but i hadn't seen her in a while and i'm incredibly grateful she moved to such and amazing franchise .I've had issues with other employees being monotoned or rude and rushing me but the atmosphere was amazing. They were communicating and the energy was electric. The food was hot and well put together. Everything was perfect. I will definitely be returning. THANK YOU TACO BELL!!

  Girl… why did I just stand there watching people stand around before someone approached me for my order that was just sitting on the warmer…. Why is no one at the register. Even if you don’t do orders at the counter someone should be watching for online orders. Every time in come in here yall are just standing around.. do your job…

  Manager with the glasses was extremely rude. Very little meat and lettuce in family box we ordered. Training in customer service is highly recommended.

  My step father went here to grab us lunch and their speaker box must have been broken because they couldn't hear him, and he couldn't hear them. They had him pull up to the window and he STILL had issues with them understanding him for some reason...so he had to hold his phone out with my order texted, and they did not even give him a chance to order his own. They rudely just handed the first part of his order and made him feel very ignored and dismissed. Not to mention he doesnt have hearing or speaking issues... even if so treating someone this way is unacceptable! Sounded to more to me like they did not want to do any work and were looking for a way out of making food. I wish I could give 0 stars. We have had issues in the past like not getting the orders correct or 100% forgetting an entire meal within the order, causing us to have to drive back to get it fixed. Place is going 100mph in the wrong direction for sure
