  Will give drive thru orders before online orders so if ur in hurry never order online togo just go thru drive thru would be faster

  Had to wait 45 mins for my pick up order doing doordash they focused more on drive thru, they are under staffed and probably underpaid

  I walked in to order food. The manager looked at me and told me that I needed to utilize the kiosk to order. I informed her, I do not work here therefore I do not know how to utilize their equipment. She set down her headset and walked away, another employee said he would come help me and never showed back up. I was forced to leave the store and not purchase food because of poor customer service and lack of ability to even order. Thank you Taco Bell for making it impossible to eat at your restaurant.
