  I paid for over $20 worth of food, and there was about $2 of food in the bag. The portions have become so small, they've nearly disappeared entirely. This location is absolute trash.

  The employees pretty much stay out of sight, making it harder to order at the register. I waited to place my order at the register for 15 minutes, before I was acknowledged. This kind of forces you to use the app or the kiosk to order your food. I get it, its 2026 and ordering everything limited human contact is the new normal.. hopefully you dont need they're assistance bc itll take a while. Also, I see the same 4 or 5 unhoused individuals, a shopping cart full of backpacks and blankets etc right outside the door.. charging their phones, using the free wifi and making my kids uncomfortable as they watch us eat with puppy dog eyes

  FOOD: *The food is always lukewarm. *Taco meat is is about 2% meat and 98% some type of filler tgat resembles meat. Yhe meat / filler are so greasy you see the grease at the bottom of the taco shell *Thee Cheesey Rollup on the vale meal is priced at $1,25. Girvehat you get, it is not worth more than 50 cents *The Baja Blast by Mountain Dew was horrible. It looked like carbonated orange juice; had to throw it out. Worst Baja Blast of any Taco Bell I have visited. * One of the best items on the mm enu is yhe been burrito. It's actually pretty good. SERVICE: * Maria, the cashier / order taker, was very polite. She looks yo be Soecial Needs and I am glad she is employed. Kudos to the Manager fir giving her an opportunity to be gainfully employed. Special needs individuals are very dear to my heart. ATTMOSPHERE: *The sstarunt was very clean. *The soda fountain was well stocked & lids wrere available (not out of stock). This is the first time I've seen yhe middle aged Caucasian female manager. She might be fairly new. She seems to ne running a goid ship. * Condements, napkins, & straws were well stocked. The service and atmosphere deserve 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. The food was based on my Tavo Bell menu order, which lead to my 2☆☆ rating.

  Manager Mary is awesome! I mobile order through the app around 3:30 cause someone was going to get it and deliver to me but then bailed on me. I called right after to see if you can keep an eye on it. Later around 5:30 I called and got referred to manager to see what can be done for my order so it can be hot and not cold so they offered to remake it and it was perfect. What great costumer service. And meat was good!
