  I’ve been coming here for about 3 months almost every day and never had an issue with the staff they where always amazing and helpful Today tho I came in an asked about an order I got that was wrong when I order it online and the manager was rude and unhelpful, and when I asked why he put the sauce I requested to take off he said that’s the way it comes therefore nothing he can do . so not only I didn’t eat my food bc it was wrong but got a horrible experience for asking about it and wasted money. the managers names is alfonso he said I recommend not coming here when he is here horrible attitude and kept talking to he’s worker about annoying people who think they are right making me feel uncomfortable and annoyed while waiting in the lobby totally unprofessional and petty no wonder the workers aren’t trained right bc he doesn’t know how to do he’s job as the manager smh

  I rarely write reviews but I was very impressed with Alfonso's professionalism and service. I was visiting out of town with a student group and we came in before the lunch rush. Alfonso took care of all of our sandwiches very quickly, switching gloves after every sandwich, and making sure my students were satisfied. Often times when we walk in as a student group, employees of other restaurants express annoyance or apathy but Alfonso made sure everyone was taken care of. I really appreciated his work and the students enjoyed the food!

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am absolutely disgusted. We placed 4 different orders at 4 different times between 4 different people. How did all 4 of us manage to get food poisoning? I also called the location multiple times with no answer as well. If you’re going to be serving people food at least serve food that isn’t going to make people brutally ill. I genuinely hope this location gets shut down before they get someone admitted into the hospital. I’ve never been in so much pain before.

  There's alot of flack on subway hate for some reason. Though I don't appreciate how they treat employees, the food is good and the employees here are wonderful. It's no Jersey Mike's, but it's half the price and pretty good:)
