  One of the worst service experiences I've ever had at fast food / quick service restaurant. Employee / supervisor who was on his break was nice, kind, and understanding. He also tried to motivate the other employee. That other employee was the problem. Toasted my sub sandwich 🥪 when I asked him not to (I know that the menu says that the All-American club sub is usually toasted, but I also know that a customer can ask for it not to be), and he either forgot or ignored me. Kept forgetting my order and having me repeat which sub I was ordering and what toppings I wanted. Basically threw my toppings on to my sub with no care whatsoever, didn't smile at me, and had no customer service skills. Completely unacceptable and the young man 👨 should be ashamed of himself. Even asked to go on break before the other employee was done his and before finishing ringing up my order. Just did not at all seem interested in working today, and I was appalled.

  Kezia is a great Subway employee. She’s always polite, fast, and makes sure the order is done right. She keeps a positive attitude even when it gets busy and handles customers very well. You can tell she cares about her work and makes the experience better overall.
