  I had a very bad experience with a worker. I ordered a tuna sandwich. I didn't see her put the tuna in it. I told her twice to put it in, and she said, with a very bad attitude, "I already put it in." I told her I would check it, and if it didn't have tuna, I would send it back. I went outside and checked in my car. It didn't have tuna, just cheese and vegetables. My husband went back and told them, "I ordered a tuna sandwich, and they didn't put anything in it." This was a different girl, and she apologized and made a new one. "Girl, if you don't like your job, leave or change your attitude. It's not right that people like you ruin our enjoyment of food."

  The lettuce and Avocado was brown by 11am lunch. Walked, in wasn't greeted, instead looked at like a smile and greeting from me was forbidden with the most awkward look I ever seen in my life. No smile back, then the sandwich making began. "Artist", began crafting my sandwich with the energy she had. I never seen sad looking veggies til this week when I stopped by, thin withered spinach, brown and oxidizing lettuce and then the avocado looked crazier. Straight brown. It was nice and clean inside but the energy and service along with the "fresh" veggies took my stars down to a 2. Miserable employees with no customer service skills.
