  Horrible experience been waiting to get my online order for an hour in the store hearing this white lady complain about her boss and the busy lines while giving priority to the ppl entering which is no issue but waiting an hour and her giving another Mobile order when we been waiting longer and the other guy waited 5 min and got his. Asked her to cancel my order and complained she doesn’t do that and keep insisting my order wasn’t ready after an hour and the 30 min extra you have on the time frame. Super rude with her comments of my order while talking to other ppl. Didn’t get my money back nor got any food just rudeness and disrespect from her end to us only. She is also supposed to be training someone new and setting as an example that’s horrible. If u don’t want to wait over and hour and get just ignorance and rudeness I suggest you going somewhere else please

  Ahh, there was a lady training a guy there and they were both very sweet and she was patient with the trainee. It gave a good impression on the management and envionrmnet thry have there. super friendly service

  Don't eat here the gentlemen with the beard is very rude and talks ugly to customers. Went today at 630 and throws the food.

  So this review has several parts one. I accept that the store isn't perfect. And that they're usually short-staffed, but I go there twice a week cause it's right by my house. And it's super convenient. I go in today and I'm dealing with a gentleman named Jose. Now, kerp in mind, I come in twice a week order the exact same sandwich, and I've never once had a problem. I deal with Jose today and he's building my sandwich, and as he's building it, he puts on like 4 olives and I was like, can you add some extra olives to it? And he then tells me that extra olives means 3 olives, and he literally counted out 3, and then told me it was the managers that told him He can't put more than 6 on a sandwich now. If this is true management, you need to rethink that I've been to thousands of subways and I've never been told I can't have extra veggies that is insane. Then, I asked him to put the ranch on after he puts the the vegetables and then he explains to me.He has to follow the receipt and the way it's printed.Which ranches last when selecting so why would it print it first.I have no idea, but if i'm the guest and i'm who's ordering it?And he's building it right in front of me.How hard is it just to say?Yes, ma'am, not a problem instead.Throw a fit and be like, i'm sorry, ma'am.The manager says I have to follow the receipt.This has been the worst customer service.I have ever received there and the younger high school kids actually give better service than this guy.I truly hope that y'all can find somebody who will take customer service a little bit better.I mean, even mediocre customer service I'd be okay with but this was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. And yes, I want to call back from a manager.
