  Hiram provided excellent service and healthcode maintenance! I didn't even have to ask him to change his gloves. I'll have to start coming here all the time.

  I asked for my chicken to be toasted for the protein pocket and they said “it cannot be customized” so they were serving me cold chicken without a say…. This is not ok. We should be allowed to at least toast the chicken where it is not cold.

  Seems like every subway I go to the scanner don't work and you can't get your rewards. Seems like corporate has a switch. I might start going to Jimmy johns

  Horrible customer service..app was down ans they failed to tell me so I couldnt redeem anything I wanted I went in with only so much to spend...well when it came time to pay I couldnt redeem my fre sandwich I told them well unfortunately I have to have another mad with the 2 together..they make the 3rd sandwich and the system starts working again..well when I can finally pay for my original order the lady helping me laughs in my face and says..well I was gonna buy those.....I literally started crying because im a single mom just trying to feed myself ans my kids ans she thinks is funny because she could afford the sandwiches and I couldnt..thats no way to treat your customers
