    I understand there’s to go orders or online orders but for someone to not even acknowledge the customer who’s walked in and has been in line for over 20 minutes when there’s no one else at the restaurant… and you finish doing your online orders.. which of course take care of those first, but then I heard the new receipts coming in, and they choose to keep doing those instead of taking care of the customer who’s waiting at the store is just completely disrespectful. I placed my order online because clearly he wasn’t acknowledging customers in the lobby. So when I came back 20 minutes later he said “oh you left right… that’s why I didn’t make it” but how would you have known that was my online order.. if you didn’t even say “give me a second” when I walked into your store? I placed my online order thinking it would be easier for you but now you aren’t making it because I walked out to my car?

    The person working the late night is constantly rude to every single customer who comes in, and is cursing while myself and multiple other customers are in here. He frequently tells customers that they should go somewhere else because he's "overwhelmed ". This is horrible service and honestly he needs to get fired, he already talks about wanting to quit to customers, and actively makes everyone's visit here worse. He's the one with the gauge earings and the arm tattoo. Ive been coming here for months and every single time I get him at the overnight shift, he is always exceedingly rude.

    Placed a $30 order for pickup and when we went to pick it up Justin the “crew leader” was rude, unprofessional and couldn’t even speak clearly he was contradicting himself. Saying that they didn’t receive our order, asked it it was under another name. And still said they didn’t have our order. I showed him my order confirmation and payment confirmation through the email, website and my bank account to show the order was confirmed and the payment was taken from my bank account. He instantly became irritated and was rude and snarky either us and just completely didn’t want to even bother looking into it or trying to offer a solution. We were being polite and trying to keep our cool but he was not helping the situation and obviously didn’t want to help us figure out what was going on. I confirmed we were at the right location and we went back in to ask the other gentleman if he could help us and Justin walked up with a attitude and cut us off on our conversation and when we asked to speak with a manager or someone above him he gave us a number for a customer complaint line which we will be calling tomorrow since.. you guessed it their closed. This was our second time coming here and our last because of how this gentleman handled this situation. He didn’t even want to allow us to place another order and pay for it separately since he was already irritated and studerring. Not sure who made him a “crew leader” but his position needs to be re-evaluated because he was horrible at handling a civilized conflict. Over all I’m out on $30 and stuck getting food from somewhere else.
