  Just picked up my mobile order and noticed my order sitting there not cover while the worker helping another customer. The other customer tell the worker I think they are here to pick up there mobile order and she says oh they can wait. I ask the worker if those were my sandwiches sitting there uncovered and she has there nerve to get upset.

  Not a happy place. So naturally I ended up with a sad sandwich. And what really sucks is that I knew it the moment I walked in the door. I didn't need to look at the veggies that appeared to be overdue for a trip to the dumpster or worse. I didn't need to interact with the employees that clearly felt exploited and resentful. Nope. Should have turned around the minute I walked and felt the store was already closed a full two hours before closing time.

  Ordered and paid online. Received the email that my order was started. Arrived and there is a sign on the door "closed, online orders will be voided". Another gentleman arrived at the same time, with the same situation. No reason given just, I'm following managers orders. What bothers me more is the staff made themselves sandwiches and are seated enjoying them. So they aren't closed for themselves, just paying customers.The other issues that I have are , I don't see a void yet and what about the reward points I used to discount my order. Noone to tell us anything. Just we are closed, sorry.
