  Horrible customer service, there were 6 people ahead of me inside restaurant, and I was the last one, when I finally got to the front of the line ( I use a walking aid device) the lady forgot about me and she took two orders on the phone and prepared them before she even taking my order, I told her tha I've been standing too long and I can't stand too long because I fall, she adopted a negative attitude and said that they were before me. I was in the line for twenty minutes, tha is not possible, then she just ignored me, I had to go sit down and some customers went to check on me but she just continued to give me her ugly attitude, no respect for customer time. Also the are out of yellow mustard for the sandwiches, next time I will order before I go inside bc I know the are going to put my order to the front of the line. Like the did this time.

  This place has excellent customer service, the employees seemed to be really well trained and extremely friendly.

  Love coming to this subway, best location I’ve ever been too, the night crew workers always have the best attitude there is!!! Definitely recommend checking them out !🫶

  Ordered thru Uber eats. On the app I requested toasted and even called to confirm they will be toasted. Yet y'all didn't toast them and I guess y'all ate my chips since you didn't want to include those. And my bag was not even sealed.

  Came in about 11pm today and had 2 mobile orders the first was 2 footlong cheese steaks with double meat and extra cheese the second was 2 footlong tuna sandwiches with double cheese and 50% more meat. When we got the food in the drive through we asked and made sure they added the extras that we paid for because we have had issues with Subway before. They said yes, we got home and opened the cheese steaks to find out they gave us a 6” portion of meat on our footlongs that we paid for DOUBLE meat like we took it out and weighed it and the meat was only 4 ounces on a whole footlong, and they gave us the regular amount of cheese. For the tuna they didn’t even put any cheese and they gave only normal portion of meat. The employees there were also very very rude and gave attitude when we asked if they had in fact done the double and extras that we paid for.
