Sonic what happened this evening! We came by after a track meet and we were pretty disappointed when we got home with our food. Not only did you forget to bring it to our stall so we had to come through the drive thru, but the order was not made the way we asked. Burgers that were supposed to have no cheese, no onions, and then were just thrown together. A double patty only came with a patty and a half! And what’s with the weird corn dogs we got?!? Unfortunately the worst Sonic experience we have ever had.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Sonic location.
When I arrived, I was told the drive-in booths were not accepting orders and was directed to the drive-thru instead. There were only two cars ahead of me, both with what appeared to be small orders, yet it took about 25 minutes just for those two cars to move through the line.
Once it was my turn, I pulled up for a DoorDash pickup and 2 young girls (One had black hair the other had red with long nails) didn’t acknowledge me at all. The one with the red hair was throwing soda in the floor. I then waited another 10 minutes and the order was already sitting there getting melted. I even tried to get their attention, but no one responded or seemed concerned.
When I was finally helped, the employees appeared unprofessional and disengaged. The order I received was just two ice cream blizzards, but by the time I got them, they were completely melted and spilled in my car.
This put me in a difficult position delivering a poor-quality order to the customer, even though the issue was entirely due to the store’s lack of urgency and care.
Overall, this experience showed a lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and basic customer service. I hope management addresses these issues because this location is not meeting expectations.

Manuel needs a raise expeditiously! Just swung by and was having a slightly longer wait time than usual. I then noticed that there was what looked like a single guy working and handling all the orders in the middle of a big rush. You could tell he was juggling way more work than is meant for one person, but he was remaining calm, polite, and as prompt as possible. Not only was my order taken care of well despite the circumstances, but the gentleman working went above and beyond in his demeanor and attention to detail. Don't know how he was able to remain in such high spirits, I definitely would have been very stressed in that situation. Hope he gets his needed help soon, and a raise for his troubles!
