  After just going too sonic I’ve had the worst experience no one said anything to me for 20 mins at the speakers than when I pulled up too order they swiped my card for them just too come back and say they were out of order honestly one of the worst establishments you can go to in terms of service and food I’m never going back.

  The worst fast food restaurant I've been to.... All the lights were off we couldn't see nothing on the menu signs... Only the ordering stalls which there was only a few... The rest were for pick up online orders.... The drive thru signs all the lights were off... The girl can in the speaker couldn't hear us and was rushing us to order but I told her to give us a minute so we could get a flash light to see.... She didn't like it when I told her to give us a minute so she didn't come back on for our order.... We waited for several minutes and there was a long line behind us and in front of us... Cars were leaving ..... So we proceeded to drive up to the window to place an order and they were rude so we told them we were leaving instead.... THE WORST EVER.... So many rude people now a days... OMG what has become of these young people of today.... Don't work if you can't have respect for the customer... We pay for y'all to work....I don't even know why are they opened if there were no lights.... This is ridiculous.... DO BETTER SONIC..... This needs to be reported to corporate....I am gonna report this so many cars left before and after us..... VERY SAD... NEVER AGAIN

  The service is so slow each time I come here and order online, takes about 20-25 minutes longer than it says on the app. I don’t understand how it can take so long, a bit disappointed.

  The past couple times ordering just sodas have taken more than 10 min AT LEAST. I had to go through the drive thru window to get it at they’ve just had it sitting there on there counter.

  Took over 20mins for us to be acknowledged by any of the employees while guest after us were getting service as soon as they arrive.
