  Staff were very nice and respectful. A couple of things in my order were inaccurate but not too badly. Premises clean. It's a shame to see so few drive up parking spaces with working screens/speakers, but I understand why.

  Missing an item in the order , the guy who brought us our food ( didn't have a name tag on ) looked to be mid 20s maybe older slender Hispanic male, handed us our food and quickly took off. We checked to make sure all the food was in the bag and we did not receive our mozzarella sticks. I pressed the red button to let them know and was very polite about it, the manager who was taking the orders said he would have the other guy mentioned about being them out as soon as they could. We waited , and waited and watched people receive their orders who ordered after we asked if we could get the rest of ours. We stayed patient and polite , but the guy looked over and gave us an odd grin after he gave the person next to us their order and I heard him repeating theirs and they had mozzarella sticks. So yes my partner and I became irritated and felt something was off, we asked for a refund and the managers names , but the guy said he didn't want to give us his name ( he knew we had been waiting ) 8$ for mozzarella sticks is not cheap. Not only that he and the manager didn't want to give us the receipt to show proof of refund to my card , so I had to to take a picture of it. I felt like they wanted to do a cash override refund and pocket the money which I've seen happen in the past. Very shady sonic. Do not recommend, even being polite gets you no where at this location.

  I just found this sonic so we’ve gone to it like two times now like a week ago and then maybe another week ago two weeks ago and I just found out today that someone has been using my debit card from sonic beware because I want that employing from sonic is using people‘s debit cards they’re taking the numbers down and using it because they just use mine twice. I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card
