  How do you mess up a milkshake a machine makes? Got warm milk instead of a shake and told "thats just how it comes"

  Can never go wrong with sonic. One of the very few restaurants that still exist with employees who give great customer service , get your food in a timely manner, and always clean

  Ordered two large dirty Dr peppers .. one of the cups had a hole in it! Almost half of the soda leaked into my drink holder. We whipped the vehicle back around and asked for another soda and were told no. The other drink also had a divot in the cup but luckily wasn’t leaking.

  I ordered my food through the Sonic app like I always do. I forgot to ask for a ketchup to go with my fries so after my food was delivered, and I noticed there was no ketchup in my bag I rang and asked for ketchup. The girl walked out to my car and told me that since I didn’t put it on the order when I ordered through the app that they have to charge me for the ketchup, she tried to charge me $.10 per ketchup packet. Are you kidding me is sonic really doing that now charging for ketchup? I told her not to worry about it that I didn’t have $.20 in change and I wasn’t gonna use a credit card to buy two stupid packs of ketchup. That’s ridiculous either. It’s a stupid company policy or poor customer service.
