  Food was a little cold. Asked to use bathroom they said they would have to open from inside so weighted. No soap or papertowels. Just not clean.

  I ordered thru the app thinking it would be faster....nope not any faster. We waited for our order about 7 mins & our fries were cold so my husband took them to door to have them remake them & they did. App is only good for getting a "deal". But it is not just this Sonic but just about every one that we have visited. Slow service...

  How many 1 star reviews does it take before a management change is made? Look at the reviews before going to this location it's horrible and they weren't busy, i literally thought they were closed when I pulled in. 2 cars came and left with their food after me. No they weren't mobile. I heard them order at the booth. So, I went to this Sonic tonight for a quick bite on my way home. I was extremely disappointed. I grew up in Texas but currently living in WA so the sight of a Sonic really excited I pulled in expecting the best. What I got was a 25 minute wait, watching two other customers come, get the orders and leave. No they weren't mobile orders either. They were made to order at the restaurant and still got theirs before me. I was starting to get irritated and wanted my money back but they finally brought out my simple order of a double Sonic cheese burger with bacon meal and a Single cheeseburger meal. They brought the order out, handed me the bag and my drink then went back in without handing me my son's drink saying they forgot something. They came back out with more drinks on their trey, served the customer next to me, who hadn't been waiting as long, their drinks then returned and Gabe me my son's drink and straw. Not sure what went on there. Anyway I get back to my hotel only to discover the order was wrong. I got a single bacon cheeseburger and my son got a double cheese burger. They couldn't even get my order right after a 25 minute wait? What were they doing. Why is this Sonic so poor? Id like the burger I paid for at Sonic's expense. This was absolute garbage.

  The drive in screens were in really bad shape and communication was impossible but the girl who took our order came outside to get our order and she was super nice. The food was ok. The burgers were a bit soggy but still edible. Its not bad. But not amazing either. I personally wouldnt go again because of the broken drive in speaker and screen.
