  Received a pizza with no cheese on a delivery order. Went in to get it corrected, guy that met wife upfront was super rude. He said we ordered wrong, when we provided order receipt showing cheese he still said we were wrong. That guy should not work there. We asked for delivery fee refund and no refund or credit applied. Delivery guy was cool. Bad service in store. Trust these reviews. Save your money and go elsewhere.

  Don’t order online! Our order mysteriously got cancelled by who? No one knows but apparently we were not the only orders that got cancelled. It’s also ridiculously hard to get ahold of anyone because first you get sent to a call center and then wait forever from a super unhelpful employee. I really wished I was at least notified of the cancellation so I could take my business to another place

  Ordered through the app, they had DoorDash deliver the pizza missing part of my order. When you try to call the store it goes to a call center that tries to transfer you to the store. 40 minute hold and still nobody answers, that’s insane. What pizza place doesn’t have a way of contact. Absolutely last time I order from Pizza Hut. Have fun stealing peoples money with 0 customer service.

  I am a everyday customer! My son attends ABA therapy next door and he loves pizza hut! Seeing the staff almost every day always in the same up beat mood & remembering his order it feels like family! 10/10 food is always fresh and hot
