  Customer service was great, the food was good, and they were accommodating with special requests. Zach and Jackson are all around good guys, and with Zach managing and Jackson helping out, the place is heading in the right direction.

  The Pizza Hut big dinner box was really nice and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was very helpful throughout the visit, and everyone was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. Great customer service and a good experience overall. I would definitely come back again.

  Ordered a 2 large pizza carry out order at 8:30 pm. The app said it would be ready at 9:02 PM. I arrived at 9 PM. Didn’t get my order until 9:23 pm. I’m not feeling that great. My kid is having a sleepover after a birthday party. There are way too many pizza choices for this level service. I doubt I’ll be returning to this location. On a positive note: the pizza was warm.

  I came to this location to order food after visiting Sea World and my experience was amazing. All the workers were hands on deck and the Manager Qwen was the sweetest. Thank you for assisting me !

  The manager at this location, Lauren, is extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Back in December, I placed a $70 order for my pregnancy reveal party, and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive. I tried calling the store multiple times for an update, but no one ever answered. I submitted a complaint and followed up several times throughout December, January, and February, yet I never received a single response. When I finally called the store again recently to get an update, Lauren answered and immediately became dismissive and confrontational. She questioned why I was calling “so late” about a December order and would not let me explain the situation. She repeatedly talked over me, said she deals with complaints all the time and didn’t care, raised her voice, and ultimately hung up on me. My husband and I then went to the store in person to try to resolve the issue. Since I’m pregnant, my husband went inside to speak with a manager. Lauren came out and, when asked if there was another manager available, she responded with attitude and said she was the only one. She refused to provide contact information for anyone else and escalated the situation to the point of calling the police, despite my husband remaining calm and respectful the entire time. Everything was caught on camera. In the end, nothing was resolved. We received no help, no accountability, and no effort to address the original issue. Instead, city resources were wasted because of her inability to handle a basic customer service situation professionally. This experience was incredibly upsetting. If Pizza Hut values its customers and brand reputation, this is not someone who should be representing the company. Update: The Area Manager and GM responded quickly after the above incident, apologizing for how we were treated and resolving our December issue. They’ve assured us that we are welcome back at anytime and made a great effort to make things right. We appreciate their attentiveness to the matter.
