  i’ve ordered from this pizza hut before, but today’s experience was unacceptable. i watched an employee prepare pizzas without wearing gloves and confirmed mine was made the same way. when i asked for it to be remade using proper hygiene, i was initially offered a refund instead of them fixing the issue. only after insisting did they agree to remake it. not following basic food safety practices is concerning, especially for a major chain like pizza hut where these standards should be non-negotiable. would not be returning, this is so unsanitary and disgusting.

  When did a large become a medium, at least 2 inches in diameter smaller?? Lacking in cheese and toppings. Haven’t ordered Pizza in a while and won’t bother again!

  Counter service was a disappointment and a weird experience, overall I still believe in you, though, Pizza Hut Maybe, just not this location

  They’re kind of overwhelmed at this location. You stand at the register for well over 5 minutes before someone acknowledges you. They seem to need an additional employee. I ordered in-store to go and it’s been 45 minutes and counting. The guy told me they were still working on my pizza then the other guy grabs the one I expected to be my order out of the warmer a few minutes later “here ya go.”
