  My large pizza was so raw. It was stuck to the box outside crust practically burnt but center was mushy like dough. No flavor at all looked are deceiving.

  Sitting here waiting for my order as your cashier has handled money then went to help the cook with food orders without washing hands or using gloves. GROSS

  I walked in the store today around 4:30 and I wanted to order a $10 five topping large pizza carryout and the lady tells me at the register that it's not a carryout it's online order only for that pizza and I told her I don't think so because I just saw it online that it's a carryout New Yorker and I bought it and while I was sitting down I went back to the website and I found it and I asked her at the counter this is what I was talking about and she said okay that's right and didn't even bother to apologize or make it right and I was like standing there don't found it on the ignorance of the employee. And ask for the big New Yorker Pizza then trust pepperoni only topping was not what I was expecting it actually tasted awful and the crust was so with oil and you couldn't even hold it with your hands because it would tear up and fall apart I think it's best to make the slices smaller instead of six giant gooey slices. I think customer service is poor when they don't listen to the customer when the customer tells them something and to check it out and they don't really care but then again it's the neighborhood the talent pool is not there sorry just saying
