  I walked into the store and one of the employees was eating from a box where they put costumer food waiting to be picked up. Licked his fingers clean then walked over and asked what I needed. Washing your hands would have been a good idea is all I thought in that moment. They hadn’t started the pizza I ordered online and ended up waiting over 30 min for Mediocre pizza. Which is expected from this chain but the service made it an exceptionally worse experience.

  Upon my recent visit to this establishment, I observed that the interior temperature was uncomfortably high. I am concerned for the well-being of the employees, particularly given the presence of operational ovens, and hope that measures are in place to prevent heat-related health issues. Also 17.99 for a pan 12" pizza is ridiculous!

  This restaurant should be better prepared for walk-in customers. Either have a menu taped to your counter or posted on the wall. I QR-SCANNED for your menu and it didn't work and all your cashier did was shrug his shoulders. He didn't ask me what kind of pizza I would like or anything. I walked out. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

  Came to pick up an order no one help I was asked eventually the name. Said the name of my order and they walked away no update was given to me. I was chewing and popping my gum the guy behind the counter got mad and ask me to stop I said ill stop when you give me an update. He said no I won't so I told him I will not stop popping my gum. The he brought his Bluetooth speaker and blated music with curse word from the counter this is the costumer service you have at this store. I also saw him making pizzas and touching his beanie to fix it and touching the pizza without washing his hands.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (MONICA) 2ND TIME OF USING THE PAPA JOHN APP AND THEY DONT HAVE MY ORDER. 8.00 IN DOUGH BUCKS USED. CREDIT CARD USED HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE BANK MONDAY. I WOULD ORDER ON DOORDASH BUT CANT GET THE SPECIALS. NEVER AGAIN AND IT'S LIKE A 4 MIN DRIVE. WILL ADVICE SUBDIVISION WILL NEVER USE YOU EITHER
