  The restaurant isn't even busy, but the tables are unclean and the returned dishes are piled up. Inattentive staff.

  John Perez aka Honey Bear 🐻 gave us an exceptional customer service experience. From his greetings to assistance with the kiosk system, he ensured we were well cared for. I wish all managers were this hands on. Give that man a raise Panera!

  This is absolutely the worst Panera we've ever been to. Every once in a while we will give it a shot because we are close. Without fail, the drive through takes forever and our order is rarely correct. We hate to drive four times as far to get to a store that can get it right, but I guess if we want Panera, we just have to stay away from this one. $25 for two sandwiches and two cookies and we only got one sandwich that wasnt what we ordered, and a bowl of soup, which we didn't order. It would take so long to go back and watch them fumble to correct the order that we just went somewhere else.

  What's the most important thing to make sure is packed in a mobile order? Evidently the staff here doesn't know its plastic utensils! Tag on the order even specifically noted 2 knives and 2 forks so thought we were good but got several miles from this store with our food and then discovered we had nothing to eat with! Simple quality control is so easy and so valuable for the minimal effort it takes yet so many managers at these places fail to understand that.
