- BTBio2 TeamApr 22, 20265.0It was a rainy day today so I went through the drive through to get a warm soup. Unfortunately, my car died at the window of the drive-through and there were people behind me. Not an ideal situation. Immediately, employees Garner and Chris asked me to put my car in neutral and they pushed me to a parking spot out of the way. Then the sweet girl from the drive-through came out and offered me a drink which was a really kind gesture. Garner and Chris then stayed in the rain and brought a car and jumper cables to assist me. As they were working on the battery, Beverly came out and made sure I had a trash bag to prevent rain from getting in the car from the window that was rolled down from my adventure through the drive through. All of that to say that it was the best broccoli cheddar soup I’ve had in a long time and the service at Panera on 1604/Bandera is five star!

For 2 take-two meals and drinks, we spent $30. It's not just this store but the entire restaurant industry is overpriced. One area for improvement is fixing the sink in the men's bathroom as it not only washed my hands but also sprayed onto my legs. If I wanted legs washed, I would take a shower! LoL
