  I’ve never had a positive experience at this location whether it’s the drive-through, online ordering for curbside, or walking inside to order. If you’re hungry do not come to this location staff has been rude on multiple occasions and overall just a poor addition to the McDonald’s chain. It truly gives “McDonald’s” the stereo-typical bottom of the food chain reputation.

  We went to a doctor for our child because we thought he had food allergies to something in McDonalds since this location was close to our house. It never happened before, but was constantly making him vomit at night. We finally stopped going to McDonalds. We noticed, finally, that it wasn’t McDonalds food, it was the location. Our child ate at the Catroville location without getting sick, but this location makes him vomit every time. Unsure if it is sanitation or food handling, but be weary of this location

  STAY AWAY Ordered on the app showed up 15 minutes later my order was not even started and NO ONE is in the Drive-Thru and it's 4:00 in the morning. It took them over 15 minutes which is a grand total of 30 minutes to do my order. McDonald's sucks in general Burger King from now on

  It’s sad that with so many negative ratings and reviews, this place still can’t get it together. I ordered a simple hot cakes, sausage, and hash brown and was told to park. I saw at least three cars who ordered after leave before me by the time I finally got my order exactly 15 minutes later only to be missing a hash brown. I was considering letting it go, but it was 2.19 so I went back through the drive thru. Was told to go to the second window and I sat there for a good 5-7 minutes! One lady was on the phone. The other was literally just standing there doing nothing. Then they moved out of the way so I couldn’t see anyone and finally a manager comes to almost give me someone else’s order but I tell her what happened, she goes to grab a hash brown and then gives it to me. No apologies or anything. No smile. Nothing. This makes literally 0 sense to me. You can’t be that slow AND not have the greatest service. And I could understand if it was busy or if I could see people really working hard to get things done and the food was fresh…. But that’s not the case. I can’t recall a single time I’ve ever gotten my order at the window the first time to where it didn’t take long or that my order was actually correct. 😩 I’d rather go all the way to Castroville or off Potranco than this McDonald’s. 😣

  I placed a curbside order through the app approximately 10 minutes before arriving. When I got to the curbside spot, the app would not allow me to check in and redirected me to either go inside or use the drive through. I went to the drive through as instructed. At the drive through, the employee confirmed my name and order number but then told me I had to go inside to pick it up because it was a curbside order. I explained that the app had redirected me to the drive through after curbside check in was unavailable. He then told me they couldn’t help me. After I calmly explained the situation again, he suddenly found my order and told me to pull up. Throughout the entire interaction, multiple employees at the windows had visible attitudes for no reason. I am a mom with three kids in the car. The entire point of curbside is to avoid having to bring children inside or leave them unattended. Your location appears to override the curbside option regularly, which forces customers into the drive through anyway. If curbside isn’t a viable option at your location, remove it. Additionally, I was told my juice boxes would be provided. When my food was handed to me the juice boxes were missing. When I asked for them before the window closed the employee had an attitude, offered no apology, and handed them over without acknowledgment. I understand fast food is a demanding environment. However redirecting customers to a system and then refusing to honor that system, while adding unnecessary attitude, is not acceptable. This is not the first time curbside has been unavailable at this location
