  This place is so disgusting. Has been smelling for a month inside like a dirty diaper and I'm not exaggerating. Always dirty and not ever clean.

  The manager Samantha was beyond rude she was working the window and had the ugliest attitude every huffing and puffing and dropping attitude when we were being so nice. Unacceptable service

  Consistently one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to in the city. Idk what is going on but they are always fast, nice and never had a wrong order.

  Food was below average. The kids working here seemed like robots just moving along a conveyor belt—no smiles, no “hello,” no “thank you.” It’s honestly sad to see what McDonald’s once was compared to what it has become. What really stood out, though, was the management. Multiple guests in the restaurant—including myself—looked around at each other in disbelief because of how the manager was speaking to the young employees. Instead of guiding or directing them, she was throwing out demands and barking orders. At the same time, she was loudly criticizing a customer in the drive-thru where everyone could hear. And don’t get me started on the playground. The play place looked like it had more grease and grime on it than the fries and burgers. It was dirty enough that I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting a child play in it. This location seriously needs a top-to-bottom reset and a deep sanitation.

  After work we decided to go to McDonalds at 10:30 pm. We used the mobile app. Things seemed normal until we got home. The quarter pounders were RAW and we ordered STRAWBERRY PIES not Apple.. careful eating here they obviously dont know how to cook a patty
