I just didnt like the service this time, I asked a question and they left me to sit in silence while a small line began to build. I was ultimately unable to get what I was originally there for. And resorted to just whatever they last suggested. Only then did they start speaking again.

I’d also be cautious about ordering online—every online order I’ve placed has ended up getting canceled. When I’ve eaten there in person, something from my meal has been forgotten more than once, and when I go up to the register to ask about it, the response sometimes feels a bit dismissive or like I’m bothering them. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and the customer service could definitely improve. Screw anything automated. I hate these kiosks let me talk to a real person🥲

The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping customers. I waited far longer than expected for a simple order, with no explanation or apology for the delay. When I tried to ask about my order, the response was dismissive and sarcastic. Good customer service includes communication and basic courtesy and both were lacking. I understand that fast food restaurants can get busy, but slow service combined with poor attitude makes for a frustrating experience. I hope management addresses these issues because there shouldn't be a moment in time where it takes 30 minutes for a freaking happy meal.
