  If you intend to dine in and don't mind being completely ignored by every staff member you see, including management, then you might be able to get a decent order here. Aside from that, everything else is a dice roll. Curbside service is almost nonexistent and your order is much more likely to sit on the counter, than ever make it to your curbside spot. If you're a McDonald's fan and have a different location you can go to, just do that. You'll be better off for it.

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. I went for breakfast with my daughters and chose to dine in. The location advertises being open 24 hours, but when we arrived, 6:54 am the doors were locked. What made it worse was that employees clearly saw us knocking and still chose not to open the door. This felt extremely disrespectful, especially with children waiting and expecting a simple breakfast outing. If the dining room is not open, it should be clearly communicated instead of ignoring customers at the door. Very unprofessional experience. I hope management addresses this and improves both communication and customer service.

  This location needs to shut down completely by 9:00 pm. I'm tired of the excuses of "short staff" we waited right in front of the Order board for over 10 minutes! If they don't have enough staff then don't advertise for 24hours service! Next time I WILL contact the corporate offices!!

  Service is usually decent during the lunch hours, but as of recent dinner hours on the weekends? Horrible. One time I waited more than an hour to get my order and the next time I waited over thirty minutes. There won't be anymore evening visits, unfortunately. "Fast food" should never take more than ten minutes. Please work on improving your evening staffing.

  I need corporate to contact me immediately. Enough is enough I need to address my concerns with this store. I just went there and I said I want extra French vanilla well I guess the girl didn’t charge me so they said they couldn’t give me extra French vanilla unless I buy a whole new drink and they refund me??? So I need to wait for a week to get my money back when my drink is right here and they could just let me BUY French vanilla But he says no I can’t sell it to you seperate I said well that was not my error I told them I wanted extra French vanilla so I did nothing wrong I offered to pay and I also told them I wanted extra when making my order the male manager was rude and did not want to resolve the issue instead he just wanted to upset me and stress me how simple is it? This was not my error!!! Now they want to double charge me!! I offered to pay for the vanilla shots and nope couldn’t do that he wanted to charge me a whole new latte because the person forgot to charge me for the extra vanilla and then when I offer to pay he says I can’t?! Like come on and this was after a 20 min wait mind you!!!! This is unacceptable!!!!!! I will tell everyone I know to not go to this store and trust me they won’t . And now they lost a customer who buys a latte a day. How do you hire managers who purposely stress out your customers? This store is a joke!
