  My wife and I eat McDonald's breakfast almost every morning. The last FIVE or SIX times we have ordered, either pickup or delivery, something is missing from the order. Sometimes hash browns, sometimes a sandwich, sometimes an entire meal. We keep hoping they'll get it right, but they can't seem to simply CHECK THE ORDER before it goes out. This morning will mark the last time we order from this location. I worked fast food several years ago. Yeah, the job can suck. BUT IT LITERALLY TAKES 5 SECONDS TO CHECK THE CONTENTS OF AN ORDER. Stay away from this location!

  So I get in line with my husband order 3 cheese burgers no onion extra pickle. There’s 3 cars in front of us, we’re waiting about 15 minutes whatever. We get to the window they try to charge us $20. We asked what the order was they said 3 McDoubles and 2 mcspicys. Said no it was supposed to be 3 cheeseburgers no onions extra pickles. They didn’t have our original order. She re rung it and we Paid 15 dollars, was confused why it was so much still but we waited awhile already so we just pulled forward, and got to the second window. They said 3 mcdoubles add mayo? We said no just 3 regular cheeseburgers no onions extra pickles. Waited a minute They gave it to us, no refund for the extras they charged us on the McDoubles, or anything. Which I was shocked about bc as a supervisor of a fast food restaurant that’s my first response is to refund the difference. Whatever I’m in a rush now. Opened the burgers that had the stickers that said no onions extra pickles. Had onions all over it. Ight bro dunno what yalls obsession with doubles and onions is but I ain’t that much of a big back.

  If I could leave less I would . EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here . I have the absolute worst experience. Especially with customer service and the speed is absolutely terrible . I’m usually not one to ever write a bad review ever but it’s getting out of hand . How are they gonna say they are in a rush and make us go through the drive through AGAIN , and then we see 3 McDonald’s workers hanging out outside looking at their cars . And also how are u gonn have 2 drive thru lines open and when you’re only speaking through one of them , you create a whole line for the other one that doesn’t work and you don’t even put up a notice. Still sitting here waiting for my order . 1 small order. There’s no one in the drive thru and theres 3 workers now on their phone outside just chilling . Hire more ppl . Give better service and at least find a way to compensate us back when so many of these inconveniences happen . I never want to come back to this McDonald’s ever again.

  Lazy slow staff. They serve inconsistent food and it takes forever.

  Terrible at getting the orders right. Late day for me and my family, we stopped by so we could feed the kids. Got home every burger has mustard when we ordered ketchup and cheese only. 3 meals all the Same. 3 meals wrong.
