  This store customer service skills needs a refresh. Waiting more than 30 minutes is absurd (hire employees that actually care about the job and the customers) and not just a paycheck. If the employees were hired to ignore the customer the manager needs training as well.

  They can never get the orders right, we come here because it's close yet every time we come the order is nearly always messed up. Came today order two double cheeseburgers and two hot and spicys with large fries and they only took down two cheeseburgers and the fries. We told them they said they would take care of it but instead they gave us only the two hot and spicys. Even when they try to fix things it's still messed up, I try to be patient but they keep messing everything up. It's so frustrating, manager needs to train their employees better or fix the voice box

  First they tried to give us completely unmixed milkshakes. You could see the syrup at the bottom and the lady joked it’s marbled and still tried to get me to take it. I said no and then she finally offered new ones. When we got home there were nuggets missing from the box.
