  Wait times are unbelievable. Every other McDonald's in the city can get your your food at the second window but this one always has you park and wait 15 minutes! No matter the order, they have you wait 10 to 15 minutes. (Order a double cheese burger and a tea) "ok please pull to the side, your order will be out shortly". Unbelievable, you may as well go down the street to the one on Culebra and you'll get your food faster. Fix the management, its been like this for years.

  Terrible experience. The service was unbelievably slow, and the staff showed zero urgency or professionalism. I waited far too long for my order, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold, poorly prepared, and clearly made without any care. This is completely unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to be fast food. The quality has gone downhill, and the customer service is even worse. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

  Came here at 0430 got told to wait only to be told I'd have to even wait longer when I have already been here almost half an hr. I am then told they replaced the item without asking and when I asked for a refund they still tried to give me the replacement I didn't want ridiculous

  What’s the point of curbside when you have to go in and get your food as the app has stated to sit back and enjoy at 113 it’s 122 sent my husband in for our order that was placed. Ooh and he still waiting for the order smh.Took forever for acknowledgment at the counter. The food is not hot at all and I was shorted sauces. Horrible customer service and nasty food.

  I recently moved into the area and this is by far the worst mcdonald's I ever been to. The slow service everytime is insane. Ive had an employee tell me countless times "if you don't like it, complain". But even then, I see them so clueless and slow; even cussing at each other. This whole establishment needs a remodeling with their team opposed to the building. Currently waiting 20+ mins for the breakfast line. Ridiculous
