  A star is much for the experience this evening…after ordering an order through the app. Three cars ahead of me, you know it’s a wait. My turn still have to wait. Feeling good because my husband co pilot said we have it all in the bag we drive off and getting home…well what made the order special, wasn’t! we had ordered the K-pop meals and the sauces weren’t in the boxes nor in the other bag of the McValue meals that I had selected of K-pop dipping sauce. I called to complain and they said I could go back for sauces or next time I could pick up the sauces! So I would go back just to pick up sauces, I thought they probably didn’t have it…because I had tried to order from another location and the app showed unavailable! So that why we ordered from this location! I said so I would need to go back just for sauces…yes Mathew said that’s what is missing right! and he says…not the manager…he converses with manger…so I really do not want to go back just for sauces…the gas for that drive, my meal would be cold by the time I got back! but then I felt missing that experience of a special order…with special sauces I said I’ll go back to go get the sauces…the person in the window was not caring of my request of sauces…so she proceeded to give me sauces onto my hand…I said could you give them to me in a bag…every time I tried to talk to her, she kept walking away! so she gets a bag then I said I was promised nuggets for the trouble…she gives me a 4 piece nugget box! Not only did I go home to a cold meal that wasn’t completed the fun experience of enjoyment of K-pop meal wasn’t all that either…it was a Sad meal! I would say never again! But I’ll still go back because it’s affordable meals we can afford in this times! Lol Customers service needs improvement. I know people can be shady but this incorrect order ruined our meals!!!The happy moment that I wanted to create with my girls and family wasn’t a happy one…

  slow as heck. waited for 3mins in the drive thru just to give my order... and I was the only one in the drive thru. Zero welcome but I'm here for the fries... not so much the fast food service anymore.

  Really disappointed with my experience here. I got home and realized my child’s Happy Meal was missing an apple juice, so I called the store to let them know. Instead of an apology or trying to make it right, I was just asked if I could come back for it even after I explained I was already home, then got hung up on :)

  Pre ordered on the app showed up when it said it was ready and still waited 20 minutes for my food. They also ran out of orange juice. The rest room men's sink was clogged up and over flowing. Very slow service and always problems with my orders when I order here

  For starters the people who own this franchise are greedy. Took away most the deals on the menu. For the kind of location this is in you’d think they wouldn’t scrap there value meal and 5 dollar meal deal. The fact they think they’re in a location or area we’re that makes sense should be the first red flag on how this McDonald’s is ran. Food quality always bad, constantly standing in line for 10+ minutes at the register just waiting of ran employee to help. Employees will see you standing there asking for help and blatantly ignore you like you don’t exist. They’ll be walking by and you try to ask them something then they’ll look at you and walk to the back. Worst McDonald’s location in the NW tbh I’d rather go the extra mile up bandera for better service, food, and prices.
