  Super slow service. I order a 10 piece nugget meal and a fish sandwich. I ordered at 12:32 and it was 12:55 when I got my order.

  The wait times at the drive through are consistently excessive. Going inside is no better you can wait several minutes before anyone acknowledges you (faster to drive to another location 2 miles away). The place doesn’t even have the McDonalds smell.

  Everytime I come here they ruin my food, and then look at me like im the problem because im allergic to something and them not listening to that or my actual order placed. Granted there is only SOME good times to go, but 9/10 they are horrible.

  The morning crew consistently delivers five-star customer service—friendly, efficient, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the night crew has been very different. I was picking up food for my daughter, who was on a strict 20-minute timer due to her medical needs, so I needed to get back to her quickly. What should have been a simple and quick interaction was made unnecessarily difficult by Latoya. Instead of using good judgment to help in a time-sensitive situation, she made the process more complicated and stressful. It was frustrating because this could have been handled much more easily with a bit of understanding and common sense. There’s a clear inconsistency between the level of service in the morning versus at night, and I hope management takes a closer look at that

  Since moving to this side of town. I / We have gone 3 times and all 3 times the experiences have been bad as far as the food not fresh, no fresh fries, or over cooked fries, cold burgers this last and 3rd time tonight the drive through window girl was very rude, did not acknowledge a hello how are you, and did not give me my change in my hand, my money almost flew away, I had to snap my right hand on it all while in the driver seat, the receipt did fly away, so I kindly asked her if we needed to show it when we approached the 2nd window and she closed her window on me, I waved her she rolls her eye's and opened it, and I ask her do I need the receipt because it flew away, you did not give me my money and receipt in my hand you just let go not looking correctly and we just moved to this side of town and the McDonald's we went to use to give us receipt and we had to give it to the 2nd window to verify our orders , WHY? I do not know! She never answered my question, closes window again not acknowledging me gets a manager I ask the manager that I was asking her my question written above here on this comment section and she looked at me weird, like why and again I explained to the manager and shes like do you want a receipt? I stated ma'am you nor her have answered my question all I asked if I needed it so I can go ahead and move up. She says no I'm from out of town and I never heard that. I'm like well then you wouldnt know, and I didn't know here so this is why I asked. The manager did not seem to care and I just moved to the 2nd window that gives our orders. The manager was wording words while I was at the second window. Managers higher ups etc are to lead by example and this night manager did not. We will have to travel a longer route since 3rd times not a charm to get orders correct. And customer service from staff and management is not up to par at this location on Walzem Rd SATX not the first but 3rd bad experience with staff and management. Hopefully the individually owners do some retraining all around.
