  This McDonald's will screw up your order they've done it three times already in the last month and a half and they'll forget your sauce. Don't come here. The good thing is I use a credit card that I will be disputing it. The rating is already garbage so you know they're not going to call me back about this by everywhere.

  **EDIT** I did contact McDonald’s and they’re putting the blame on DoorDash for McDonald’s packing the wrong food. I’m so done with McDonald’s for not owning up to their mistakes. They haven’t done anything to fix the problem! This place always gets my order wrong, and I only keep coming here cuz it’s the closest one to my house. This morning I ordered 2 big breakfast and 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches, simple enough nope not for this McDonald’s they messed up and sent me 1 big breakfast and my sandwich was wrong! The proof is in the picture they gave me someone else’s sandwich, I guess I will have to stop going here just to get my order correct. I have so many mess up’s here I feel like they think I’m lying and I hate that. I just want my order correct. I understand it’s busy and mistakes happen but not every time I go that’s not possible right?

  If you’re looking for fast service, Avoid this location. They take your order and move you to one of the numbered parking spots, even if no one is behind you and they forget about you. I have had to go in twice after being left in spot one for over 10 minutes. And then get an attitude when you go in and ask for your food. I was told “we didn’t know where you went”. Interesting.

  I usually like this McDonald's location but lately have been dissapointed 😕 I don't like to post negativity but when things are expensive as is and you are paying for something you expect to get what you paid for. I ordered an egg and cheese, sausage Mcgriddle Where's the egg,where's the cheese ???

  Tried to comment on latest order, but could not...no receipt and receipt has store number required to leave a comment. This time, mobile order Daily Double meal, no tomatoes on the burger...a feature of that burger. Regular double does not have tomatoes, probably another poor employee mistake. Also no napkins in the bag. But this order only took 12 minutes, where the app said it would be 5 to 7 minutes. An improvement for this location that normally takes 25 to 45 minutes for a simple "Fast Food" order. I know to go further to the location on Marbach and 1604, which rarely makes a mistake...I was lazy tonight and paid for it like normal.
